This was my 2nd time at this Mavis, and they’re always so kind and friendly. I got a flat yesterday and asked if they were able to plug/patch it vs. buying a whole new tire (I literally replaced my front tires last month :,)) and Chuck was able to remove my spare and put my tire back on and patch it quickly and James didn’t charge me a dime. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I have needed the services of Mavis several times. They are thorough with diagnostics, fix things quickly, & they check your tires and air for free. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Everyone is polite and professional & try to save you money wherever they can. I can’t recommend them enough!

Came in for a brand new set of Tires. Wanted to shout out Devin for assisting me in getting some Michelins that had just came out. Devin kept me updated on the delivery time of the tires and I was in and out within 30 minutes of getting there. Keep up the great work!

Top notch customer service and extremely great prices. James did an outstanding job by taking care of my car that was worked on. I ordered 4 tires online, scheduled my appointment for the next day, arrived on time, they began on time and the wait time wasn't long either. The customer service here rival the dealership that I normally go to. This will be my go to place for tires and brakes. Highly recommended and very professional!

I had a really solid experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Devion and KC. From the moment I walked in, they were both helpful and easy to talk to. They took the time to actually explain what was going on with my car instead of just throwing out a price, which I appreciated. What stood out most was how they handled everything with honesty. There was no pressure to add on extra services, just straightforward recommendations based on what I actually needed. They were also really understanding about my situation and made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions being made. You can tell they care about doing things the right way and treating people well. It made the whole process a lot less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely go back and recommend asking for Devion and KC if you want people who are both knowledgeable and genuine.
